    To support nervous system regulation and reconnect you with your body

  • Ongoing voice note & chat support (Monday–Friday)

WEEK 1 - Stabilise

  • Create a simple, realistic daily routine

  • Focus on sleep, movement, and energy

  • Improve time and energy management

WEEK 4 - Build consistency

  • Let go of all-or-nothing thinking

  • Build sustainable habits

  • Create a sense of rhythm and flow

WEEK 5 - Confidence & identity

  •  Shift from ‘I can’t stick to anything’ → to ‘I show up for myself’

  • Rebuild self-belief

  • Start feeling like yourself again

WEEK 6 - Future-proof

  • Plan for setbacks without falling off track

  • Create a structure you can sustain

  • Lock in habits and routines


By the end of the 6 weeks, you will:

A note from me

I created this program because I’ve lived it.

I know what it feels like to feel burnt out, disconnected, and unsure where to start.
And I also know how powerful it is to have the right support, structure, and space to rebuild.

This is the work I wish I had back then, and the work I now offer to others.
