I’m Mariana - a movement and recovery coach working with runners and active people who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, tightness, inconsistency, or stress.
After nearly two decades in the music industry, I experienced burnout that forced me to completely rethink how I lived, moved, and recovered.
What I discovered is simple:
Most people don’t need more discipline.
They need better recovery, regulation, and support for their nervous system.
This work is about rebuilding from that place.

About
Mariana
After nearly two decades working in the music industry, I went through a complete personal and professional reinvention that changed how I understand stress, performance, and recovery.
Years in high-pressure, fast-paced environments made me deeply aware of how burnout, stress, and irregular routines impact both the body and the nervous system.
I know what it feels like to operate at a high level while feeling out of sync, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That experience led me into movement, coaching, and nervous system–based work, where I began exploring a different way of training, recovering, and living.
Today, I work with runners and active people as a mobility and recovery coach, combining yoga, Pilates-inspired movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help people move better, recover properly, and feel more consistent in their bodies.
My work focuses on what I call the Recovery Gap — the space between how much you train and how well you actually recover.
I help people close that gap through simple, sustainable practices that rebuild energy, structure, and self-trust without burnout.
