Welcome - I’m Mariana.
A wellness and mindset coach, yoga and pilates instructor dedicated to helping people reconnect with their body, mind, and energy. Through movement, mindfulness, and mindset coaching, I guide individuals and teams toward greater balance, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing in both life and work.
My approach combines the science of habits, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation with practical tools that support real, lasting change. Whether through private coaching, group classes, or corporate wellbeing programmes, my work focuses on helping people slow down, reset, and build healthier routines that support both performance and wellbeing.
I believe wellbeing should feel accessible, empowering, and deeply human. My mission is to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, move with intention, and cultivate a life that feels stronger, calmer, and more aligned.

My coaching work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves and create sustainable lifestyle changes that support both their wellbeing and their everyday lives.
Through a combination of mindset work, movement practices and neuroscience-based tools, I support clients in building healthier habits, regulating stress and developing a more balanced relationship with work, energy and self-care.

You can join one of my group classes or book a private 1:1 session at the studios where I currently teach across London. My classes include reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and Yoga, with a focus on mindful movement, strength, and reconnecting with your body.

Mariana
After nearly two decades working in the music industry, I chose to completely reinvent my life.
Years spent in high-energy environments made me deeply aware of how stress, pressure and irregular lifestyles affect both our bodies and our minds. That experience eventually led me to explore a different path and begin working in the wellness space.
Today I work as a yoga and Pilates instructor and a mindset and lifestyle reset coach, combining movement, neuroscience and habit change to help people rebuild energy, regulate stress and reconnect with themselves.
In my classes, workshops and coaching sessions, my intention is to create supportive spaces where people feel grounded, seen and empowered to slow down, build awareness and cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling way of living.
